Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — shipping is already included in it.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched the next business day after they are placed. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched the following business day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 7 to 14 business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed; customs checks, weather and peak periods such as Black Friday or Christmas can add a few days.

Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also follow your parcel at any time from our order tracking page.

Tracking information can take 2 to 5 days to start updating after dispatch. If your tracking has not moved after a week, email us and we will look into it.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. If you are outside the United States and would like to order, write to us and we will let you know whether we can deliver to you.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived 30 days after dispatch, contact us at hello@auraliacurls.com and we will either send a replacement or refund you in full.

Damaged on arrival

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and the item before discarding anything and email us within 7 days of delivery. See our returns policy for what happens next.
