This website is operated by Auralia. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Auralia. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Online store terms

By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, and you may not violate any laws in your jurisdiction when using this site.

2. Products, pricing and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time without notice. Where a product is shown with a crossed-out price, that is its regular price and the offer applies for the period stated on the page; after that period the regular price applies.

We make every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen shows colours exactly as they are in person. We reserve the right to limit quantities and to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been placed; if we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

3. Product safety and correct use

Our curler is a heated electrical appliance that reaches up to 210 °C. Please read the user guide before first use and keep it for reference. In particular:

  • Never use it in or near water, a bath, a sink or a shower.
  • Keep it out of reach of children and never leave it unattended while hot.
  • Unplug it after use and let it cool completely before storing it.
  • Stop using it immediately if the cord or the casing is damaged.

We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from use that does not follow the instructions supplied with the product.

4. Accuracy of information

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The material here is provided for general information and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for a decision. Some photographs on this site are illustrative and are labelled as such where that applies.

5. Your account and personal information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information. Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our privacy policy.

6. Third-party services

We use third parties to process payments, ship orders, provide order tracking and measure advertising. We do not control those services and are not responsible for them. You should review their own terms before using them.
